"Larks' Tongues In Aspic Part 2" cover

An amazingly faithful cover of "LTiA Pt.2" by an unnamed Japanese KC cover band.

Want to move to Japan and make music? I loved that. Made me want to play. I've worked on a couple really lame soundtracks that you'd laugh at if you'd heard. (Hey, at least I didn't take any money for them), and played a couple times with Ray, but making music has been very non-central to my life lately. I've been writing a lot of songs, but not actually making music....

Sigh. Not gonna happen.

Easy Money was terrible, just from the quality of the sound and video, but interesting to hear nonetheless. Loved the Isis video (

Sorry. Loved the Isis video, but the live show video didn't do much for me; need a bit more familiarity with source material, I think.

Don't worry, it's coming.

Going to see them when they show up with Tool on the 23rd, I think it was?

I always said that Hypernode could have been big in Japan.

I need to get my Godin back from Elijah and trade it in against a bass. I want to play again.

The Crimson Clips were all I could get. There was one of Crimson playing LTiA Pt 2, but it was just over the credits of some televison special where they played with Black Rock Arkansas. ("Jim Dandy to the Rescue" which can be heard on Dazed and Confused) Still keeping my eye out for more stuff.

As for Isis, the one clip is just an overdub of the studio song onto a live recording. Either the performance was off or it was posted by someone who prefers lipsynched performance to live music. Let me know how the show is - I have never been able to make it to one of their shows.

That was a question, not a statement. I'm in Tumbler Ridge, remember?

However, Ray went and caught the Tool show in Calgary; I suspect Isis was there, too.
